My golden retrievers were cute, but they weren't musicians!

I give them a 10 for pitch recognition, but their rhythm could use some work....

IP10 movie review blog post

Movie review guidelines:

- Choose a movie with a PG 13 rating or lower
- Identify the main characters and the actors who play them
- Briefly summarize the plot without including any spoilers for those who want to see the movie
- Comment on your opinions of the following (these are some ideas, but do not be limited by these options):
- The casting (did the actors chosen play the parts believably? If not, who would you have cast in their place?)
- Who was the target audience?
- The emotional impact of the plot (was it funny? Terrorizing? Heart breaking? How so?)
- Favourite scenes or characters? Why?
- Would you recommend this movie to others? Why or why not?

When You Believe

Check it out - our Rivier girls are on the big stage! This photo was taken during our performance at 6:30am, after our very late night of camping out at the Science Centre. While at the Science Centre we watched an IMAX 3D movie, dissected pig hearts, tackled the rock climbing wall, explored the exhibits, and took part in a static electricity stage show. So neat! We got to bed around midnight and then woke up at 4:30.... It was a very early morning, but so worth it in the end. Thank you to everyone who made it possible! (Click the photo below to enlarge it)

"Many nights we've prayed with no proof anyone could hear.
In our hearts, a hopeful song we barely understood.
Now we are not afraid, although we know there's much to fear.
We were moving mountains long before we knew we could.

There can be miracles when you believe.
Though hope is frail, it's hard to kill.
Who knows what miracles you can achieve?
When you believe, somehow you will.
You will when you believe.

In this time of fear, when prayer so often proved in vain,
Hope seemed like the summer birds, too swiftly flown away.
Yet, now I'm standing here with heart so full I can't explain,
Seeking faith and speaking words I never thought I'd say.

There can be miracles when you believe.
Though hope is frail, it's hard to kill.
Who knows what miracles you can achieve?
When you believe, somehow you will.
You will when you believe.

Ashira l'Adonai, ki ga oh ga ah.
Ashira l'Adonai, ki ga oh ga ah.
Micha mocha baelim Adonai.
Micha mocha ne dar bakodesh.
Na chi ta v'chas d'cha. Am zu ga alta.
Na chi ta v'chas d'cha. Am zu ga alta.
Ashira, ashira, ashira.

There can be miracles when you believe.
Though hope is frail, it's hard to kill.
Who knows what miracles you can achieve?
When you believe, somehow you will.
Now you will.... You will when you believe."
