Hi girls. Good to see you're using the study questions I've posted. :o)

The cycle of nutrients can be found on page 267 in your textbook - remember the day we acted out the cycle by having students play the parts of Michael, the microorganisms, the grass, etc. I hope that helps.

The term variation is referring to differences amongst members of a species. For example, people go through growth spurts at different times and will grow to be different heights as adults.

Regeneration is when an organism can grow whole new body parts when they've been damaged (i.e. starfish, earthworms, planaria, etc.). Check page 18 in your text for more information.

Happy studying!

Hey Ms. Campbell.... This is un-science related, but concerning the potluck. Should we bring spoons, forks, plates, et cetera?

Yes, please bring what you need for the potluck, utensil- and plate-wise. In the rush of the week, I neglected to mention that.

I know what I will bring to the potluck: a KIWI! (The person, not the fruit!) :oD
