Skills Achieved: catering and special event cooking, contemporary cuisine and modern food trends, field to fork experience, short order food production, regional foods and aboriginal foods, wines and beverages, and world cuisines.

Work Hours: Daytime and evening.

Paragraph: Compare and contrast the two careers, discuss the pros and cons of each job, and choose   which one you are more interested in and explain why.

First jazz choir rehearsal today!

All interested students from Grades 7-12 should attend this rehearsal @ 11:40am in the music room.  We will begin learning the jazz standard "Manhattan" today to get a feel for the sound of the ensemble (and the jazz genre for those who are new to Jazz Choir).
